When I came to Edison about five years ago, I was looking for a mentor to help me find a career path. I tried a certain program here and it did not work out for me, so I took that to mean it just was not for me. I felt let down and figured that was just the way it would be. But, last year, I heard about the SCE Mentoring Program when it first started and I jumped in!! I heard your webinar last November 16, 2010 on "Leadership", and it changed my life--it changed my attitude and the way I work.
Because our group always had so much work and were so busy, I thought I could not take on any more work.
